So who is paying the Freight......?

Usually a Freight Management company, Freight Forwarder or 3PL

What about shipping, who pays the ferry.......?

Surely, he who controls the freight pays the ferry.......?

Errrrr..... No!Most leave it to the haulier

But who has more clout.....?
