Donna Cutting, CSP is the Founder and CEO (Chief Experience Officer) of Red Carpet Learning Systems, Inc. She leads a team of experts who provide tools and training to help leaders engage their people to deliver world-‐class customer service. She’s the author of two books including, 501 Ways to Roll Out the Red Carpet for Your Customers: Easy-‐to-‐Implement Ideas to Inspire Loyalty, Get New Customers, and Leave a Lasting
Impression (Career Press, 2015) and The Celebrity Experience: Insider Secrets to Delivering Red Carpet Customer Service. For almost two decades, Cutting has been delighting audiences with her high-‐energy, fun-‐filled speaking style mixed with actionable ideas that can be implemented immediately. An active member of the National Speakers Association, she is a Certified Speaking Professional, or CSP, a designation held by less than 10% of professional speakers worldwide. Her experience as a stage actress lends itself to her theatrical speaking style.
