BookaTrack “Caterhams-only” Track Day – 11 th July 2017: Donington Park Grand Prix Circuit As part of the “60 Years of the Seven” celebrations planned for 2017, BookaTrack and the Lotus Seven Club will together host a Sevens-only track day on Tuesday 11 th July on the Grand Prix circuit at Donington Park. Following the 60 th Anniversary spectacular (7 th -9 th July), the festivities will continue for Caterham and Lotus Seven drivers with a dedicated track day at the infamous East Midlands-based circuit. Organised and operated by BookaTrack, the day will follow open pit lane format and, with noise restrictions removed, the event will be listed as an unsilenced day. Reflecting the special relationship between BookaTrack and the Lotus Seven Club, members of the Club will be able to enjoy a number of exclusive benefits as part of their track day booking. These include: • Priority booking and preferential pricing (booking will be available for Club members only through to the end of March 2017 – and at a preferential price of £325) • Free use of a shared garage • Free sessions of ARDS instruction (allocated on a first-come, first-served basis) Caterham Cars will also be showing their support for this event by offering high speed passenger rides for all participants and guests. With two factory-prepared Caterhams, their resident professional drivers will be on hand to provide the ultimate thrill. The format for the day will run as follows: • 8am – Sign on begins • 8:30am – Mandatory safety briefing • 9am – Sighting laps on circuit • 9:30am (approx) – Open pit lane begins • 12:30pm-1:30pm – Lunch break • 1:30pm – Open pit lane resumes • 5pm – Chequered flag How to Book: To book your track day you will need to register on the BookaTrack website (www.bookatrack.com) if you do not already have an account with them. Once you have your account, you can complete your booking through the events calendar (www.bookatrack.com/event-calendar). Please also have your Lotus Seven Club membership number to hand when booking to secure your exclusive benefits. You will need to contact Leanne Fahy at BookaTrack to secure a garage space (details are on the booking page) and you will need to contact Sam Pearce in the Lotus Seven Club Office if you wish to secure a free instruction slots. Price: The cost of participating in the day is £325 for all bookings made during the ‘Club-exclusive’ period through to the end of March 2017, increasing to £375 thereafter.
