? This is all about his career journey so far, and how he ended up at a digital agency

He went to Uni in Farnham and did a BA (hons) degree in Arts and Media

The course was split into various modules, and covered a range of disciplines

He specialised in film, and directed a short film starring Leila Hoffman

After graduating, he

had to move back home to

Bournemouth

but spent a lot of his time applying for film

roles in London

His first proper film job was as a Third Assistant Director for an arthouse feature film

He was also an extra in the film

He then worked on an interactive drama for Channel 4 do you recognise any of the cast?

Although he enjoyed the TV work, he wanted to do something more creative

That was when he enrolled on a masters degree at Bournemouth University

While he was

studying, he got a

job writing for a

radio production

company

And after completing his MA, Dom started doing his own video production alongside his full-time job

That was when he applied to work for Redweb, but he didnt have enough digital experience at the time

So he got that experience by working for a software company in Barcelona

The company offers solutions for retailers to sell products via live video linkup

Once the contract ended, he got back in touch with us at Redweb and was offered a job

They came up with some wacky ideas, and released the videos theyd produced online

Youve got to work hard. Things dont just happen, youve got to make them happen

Dont be afraid of changing direction. And dont be afraid of trying new things
