1.1 Basic Information

Complete all the fields with your brand’s name, your web site, your Zip code, your email and your password.

1.2 In-depth informationIn order to be noticed on Domozoom and to facilitate customers contacts, it is highly recommended to describe thoroughly your activity and your skills. By doing so, you’ll get a full access to Domozoom’s features : geolocalization, customers requests (sales outlets, price inquiries, etc.)

1.3 Customize your showroomMake your showroom more attractive by uploading your logo and a beautiful header picture ! Click on the related buttons and follow instructions.

Tip :

Choose high quality and large pictures. Don’t forget it’s the first thing visitors will see when coming on your showroom!


You are satisfied with your showroom’s look ? Perfect !Here is what your showroom should look like. Next step is to create products portfolios (catalogues produits), projects portfolios (albums de réalisations) and Staged products portfolios (ambiances)


2. Creating Projects and products portfolios and ambiancesDepending on your activity, whether you provide services (architects, interior designers…) or products, you will get different features on your showroom administration interface (see section 1.2). Services providers can create projects portfolios. Products related professionals can create both products portfolios and ambiances.

2.1 ProjectsYour activity is related with services (architect, interior designer…), Domozoom enables you to show your know-how and your greatest achievements through pictures portfolios.To create your first portfolio, click on the button called « ajouter une réalisation », add a title and a description for your portfolio and upload your best pictures.

Tips to get the best exposure :

- Your pictures will be displayed in your showroom but also potentially on the section Photos de pros if they fit with our quality charts (moderation).- Please observe the size and quality

specifications. A picture too small or of poor quality will be rejected.

- Avoid : 3D plans and images, patchworks, before/after…

Advice :

5 high quality picture with full descriptions are better than 10 poorly described !

2.1 ProjectsYou are invited to put a description, a room/category, style, keywords and related products on each one of your uploaded pictures. It is meant to enhance their visibility for the visitors. Don’t neglect tagging your pictures, it’s the main research criteria for visitors to find your pictures according to their tastes and projects !

Tips for the best exposure :

- In order to help people looking for inspiration related to your work and your style to find you, fully describe your pictures (category, style, tags).

- Visitors appreciate when they get the references of the products features on the pictures. Mention them if you can.


You have created your first project portfolio in your showroom ! You are now ready to create as many portfolios as you like !

2.1 Projects

You can go directly in the section 3 !


2.2 ProductsYour activity is about products (Craftwork, retail, design...), Domozoom features products portfolios and ambiances so that you present your work in your showroom.Pictures from your products portfolios will be displayed on the shopping section « Boutique » whereas staged products pictures from your ambiances will show on the pictures section « Photos des pros » (mixed with pictures from professionals providing services).

Lets begin with creating a products portfolio…

As far as possible, create both products and ambiances portfolios in order to show your products throughout the website !

2.2.1 Products portfoliosFrom your showroom’s administration page, click on the button « ajouter des produits dans un nouveau catalogue » in the section « produits » and follow instructions. You will start with creating the album and be invited to choose a title, a description and your best pictures.

Tips :

- You can use « drag and drop » to upload multiple pictures at the same time.

- THE FEWER THE BETTER ! Keep in mind that you will have to describe and tag each picture for them to be reachable by visitors. It’s better to make a selection of your best pictures with a full description/tagging than uploading a bunch of them with poor description.


2.2.1 Products portfoliosOnce your portfolio has been created with full description, you will get to a treatment interface picture by picture. Make sure to describe and tag thoroughly each products picture. It is a very important step for the pictures to be properly sorted and easily reachable by the vistors.

Tips for a better exposure Of your products :

- Pictures visibility depends on their quality (size, aspect, etc.) but also on their description (category, style, tags...) Too many pictures don’t get seen by visitors due to poor description and tagging… don’t neglect it !


2.2.1 Products portfoliosOnce your pictures uploaded and your portfolio validated, it will appear in your showroom and your best pictures could be displayed in the « Boutique » section. You can now create as many portfolios as you want. Enjoy !

2.2.2 AmbiancesAmbiances are useful to show your products staged in atmospheres and potentially appear in the section « Photos des Pros ». We encourage you to create ambiances to improve your visibility. To do so, from your showroom’s administration page, click on « Ajouter des photos dans une nouvelle ambiance » in the « ambiances » section (see below).


2.2.2 AmbiancesEach ambiance you create is a portfolio showing your products staged in a same atmosphere or style.Begin with describing your portfolio (title, description) and upload a selection of your best pictures. Please ensure that your pictures comply with our size and aspect policy. If not, they wouldn’t be pushed.

Tips for a better exposureof your pictures :

- Your ambiances pictures will be automatically displayed in your showroom but also potentially in the section Photos de pros after moderation.- Follow size instructions. A too small

picture would be excluded from any exposure.

- Avoid : 3D / synthetic pictures, patchwork, blurry and non staged products.

5 high quality pictures with full description are better than 10 uploaded without selection and poorly described !




2.2.2 AmbiancesYou are now invited to put a description, a room/category, style, keywords and related products on each one of your uploaded pictures. It is meant to enhance their visibility for the visitors. Don’t neglect tagging your pictures, it’s the main research criteria for visitors to find your pictures according to their tastes and projects !

Tips for a better exposure :

- Thorough description of each picture (category, style, keywords/tags).

- If possible, indicate the reference of products featured in ambiances.
