How long will it take?

I have streamlined the majority of my packages

to be completed within four weeks, based on

prompt feedback and approvals. However, every

project is different. If you have a deadline, please

let me know and I will let you know if I can meet it.

What is your payment plan?

All projects require a 50% deposit before they can

start. The remaining 50% is to be paid at the end

of project, before final files are delivered to you.

Do your prices include print costs?

Printing is not included in any of our prices. We

do offer high-end, complete print management

for all of our designs items at competitive prices.

How will we communicate throughout the

process?

I always like to have a video chat before we get

started. Then from here, I find email is the fastest

way to communicate. If you ever do need to chat I

am happy to arrange a time that suits.

Who do you work with?

I can get a logo off Fiverr, why choose you instead?

My honest answer to this is: if you can’t afford good

design then you really can’t afford bad design. My

more elaborate answer is that Fiverr and the like can

cost you a lot more than you expect. From copycats

and licensing issues to the fact that a generic wishy-

washy brand that takes someone 10 minutes will

never be authentic to your brand values. Everything

I create is based on an strategic process and unique

to your business because I get to know you.
