    MICROCONTROLLER WITH WIFI DATA TRANSFERRING SYSTEM

    Description :Telah dibuat prototipe telemetri berbasis mikrokontroler dengan

    pengiriman data melalui WiFi untuk mendeteksi dan merekam suhu permukaan

    fluida seperti air laut, sungai atau cairan dalam pipa-pipa atau tandon pada

    industri tertentu. Metode pengambilan data dilakukan secara time series atau

    kontinue terhadap waktu. Sensor yang digunakan adalah LM35 dan telah diuji

    coba pada range 270C 1000C dengan total error instrumen sebesar 1,38%.

    Selanjutnya informasi yang diperoleh dari sensor dikirim ke receiver

    melalui komunikasi yang dilakukan secara wireless dengan gelombang RF pada

    frekuensi 2,4 GHz. Sensor ini terhubung dengan mikrokontroler dan modul

    transciever yang akan mengirimkan data melalui WiFi ke modul transciever lainyang terhubung dengan komputer sebagai receiver. Mikrokontroler disini

    berfungsi sebagai interfacing pengolah data antara sensor dan kanal RS232.

    Sedangkan komputer untuk monitoring dan penyimpan data. Dari hasil

    penelitian, transmisi data dapat dilakukan secara wireless sampai jarak 150 meter.

    Alat ini diusulkan dapat diterapkan dalam bidang oceanografi untuk sensing

    temperatur muka laut sebagai deteksi dini terjadinya bencana, posisi ikan, dan

    untuk aplikasi di bidang industri.

    The telemetry prototype that used for transferring and recording

    temperature data of fluid surface was design and fabricated. Wireless

    communication between two AVR microcontroller are tuned to work correctly at

    2,4 GHz using transceiver modules. The transceiver modules can be powered by

    5V power supply which is common for AVR microcontrollers without problem in

    interfacing. Modules do not require addition components, just apply power and

    connect data line to send information to/from and thats it.

    The temperature sensor that used in this application is LM35, that is

    precision integrated-circuit temperature sensors, whose output voltage is linearly

    proportional to the Celsius (Centigrade) temperature. The wireless

    communication can transfer the data temperature less than 100 0C for distances

    150 meters.This prototype can be applied to detect the sea surface temperature, fish

    position, and for other industrial application.
