A unique experience to strengthen entrepreneurial skills,
self-motivation and self-leadership.
VISION. Starting a business is one of the most difficult tasks of a person's life. And it's harder
if we consider that the average survival rate is extremely low (in Latin America, only the 2%
of business reaches 10 years of life).
There is no answer to how and why some entrepreneurs are more successful than others,
when they faced adversity, but it's possible to determine a common denominator: resilience.
Resilience is the belief that a person or a team has to overcome obstacles successfully,
without thinking of defeat, although the results are against. It's that kind of ability to overcome
periods of emotional pain and adversity. A great adaptation to stressful, traumatic and harsh
environments. The reasons that people attribute the causes between the encouragement
they face and how they explain the failure or success in their lives, is particularly relevant to
entrepreneurs in the contruction of their resilience to adversity.
Many possible factors may be considered: self-confidence; power of decision; low risk
aversion; no-fear of failure; self-motivation; self-leadership; discipline; among others.
But the human mind is designed to overcome challenges. When you decide you are going to
do it, then the mind starts up and begins to work at a higher level. We are beings with
Purpose. In each and every one of us is a basic desire to excel.
The ability to firmly push through challenges is a valuable trait that seems to live naturally in
the spirit of some entrepreneurs.
However, these are skills and abilities that can be learned, incorporated and adapted over
time, and also "be trained" in order to improve, becoming the entrepreneur in a wiser and
safer person at the time of making decisions and approaching each new challenge with
respect to the present and future situation.
