2. Consider the composite usage map in Figure 6-1. After a period of time, the assumptions for this usage map have changed as follows:

a. There is an average of 40 quotations (rather than 50) for each supplier.

b. Manufactured parts represent only 30 percent of all parts, and purchased parts represent 75 percent.

c. The number of direct access to purchased parts increases to 75 per hour (rather than 60).

Draw a new composite usage map reflecting this new information to replace Figure 6-1.
