know some are wondering what I am doing since leaving Read to Succeed Buffalo on
12/31/2011 as a result of downsizing. I am surviving in a world filled with hope and
positive dreams.
On Saturday, I found out that I had been nominated for an award for the 2012 National
Women History Month on March 30th at the Buffalo Convention Center. Needless to
say, I am humbled by the nominated that recognizes my work in the community
supporting education. This was an unexpected nomination. As such, I am looking
forward to being honored at this event.

I am 1 of 50 people that will be honored. For more details about this event, please visit
