• Document section is mainly for storing documents related to a project.• There is no type of restriction on what format type of documents could be
uploaded here related to the Project.• Documents uploaded here will be accessible to be viewed, emailed or Faxed
(if you have fax service)• Documents uploaded will be stored as per the date it was uploaded and the
person who uploaded this document which makes it easier to keep a track on the documents.
Uploading Document
• Click on “Upload” to initiate a upload process.• Popup will allow you to select the document to be uploaded.• Once the document is selected click on upload to start the
process of uploading the document.

Document Dashboard
Document uploaded will be displayed in the dashboard as seen above which is viewable to all in the project.1. Shows date and time the document was uploaded.2. Shows the person who uploaded the document.3. Three different actions could be performed which includes “Delete”
“Email” and “Fax”. Fax option would require a paid fax service which could be purchased from Apptivo if needed.
