Hello sir/mam, good evening.

I am Saranya. Saranya bandi. I came from Gudur. My parents are Mr. Venkatarao and Mrs. Malliswari.

Coming to my studies, I did my schooling in gudur itself, and finished my intermediate from Vijayawada, now I'm pursuing B-Tech in Sree Vidyanikethan engineering college.

My strengths are hard working, initiative at work.

My weakness is I'm little bit short tempered. To get rid off that I'm doing meditation.

I love spending my free time by visiting ashrams, and I love gardening.

My short term goal is to get a job in reputed company where my skills are shared and enriched.

My long term goal is to place my company which I am working for in a best position and I want to do social service on my behalf.

What is the difference between confidence and over confidence?

Confidence will come after experience, hard work, faith, talent & skills.

Overconfidence means you are having lack of knowledge and lack of experience.

What is the difference between hard work and smart work?

Hard work, where person perform their job without any plan, they put their 100% effort to achieve the goal.

But in Smart work, person perform their job by well plan, and they put their all effort to achieve, not only the goal but unique identity also.

How do you feel about working nights and weekends?

Working nights and weekends in intervals in a good way of improving our working capability. As

FOR GIRLS‐

If you are responsible for women security, then I have no objection to work at nights. But I will be there whenever my presence is important. Even it is night or weekend.

Can you work under pressure?

Yes I like to work under pressure because its easy to do things when we are casual, but its not the case in working under pressure. Working in such a environment will definitely make me to know about my positives and negatives. So that I can further improve my skills.

Are you willing to relocate or travel?

Yes I accept that obviously. Because when we travel to other countries we can gain our knowledge and skills, that what we works and we can simplify our work by gaining knowledge from others who good in my field.

What are your goals?

My short term goal is to be becomes a good job so that I self depended.

And my long term goal is to be established my own concern in order to utilized my knowledge, skills and experience with my family & the nation.

What motivates you to do good job?

When I do job I get motivated by unfinished work as well as by finished work. In terms of unfinished work that I have to do better and in terms of finished work that I did well. Also I got motivated by the hard work of my parents they did in their life. In terms of money I have taken loan for my education so I get motivated that I have to do hard work then I will get more money I'll deposit loan as soon as possible.

What makes you angry?

Anger is in human nature so anybody can get angry it is simple but the wiser thing that you should be able to control situation. Sometimes I also get angry like when I don't complete my work the way I planned but I I control things by just thinking about patience of my idol Rahul Dravid. And one more situation when someone blame me what I didn't done and accused me then I get angry but I control situation by simply avoid that person for that instance.

Give me an example of your creativity.

During my 7th semester in college, we were given the topics to do our Mini project. Even Though there were 4 friends along with me, it was me who conceived the idea of creating an experimental setup which earned lots of appreciations from the Teachers and Colleagues.

How long would you expect to work for us if hired?

Well sir I'm not saying that I'll be with you forever. But I am sure if there be a good, health and friendly environment among us then I would not like to leave this organization.

Are not you overqualified for this position?

Thank you for this but I think I am qualified for this job but not overqualified because I am just a beginner and have lots more to learn. Now I have just theoretical knowledge about my field when I will get practical knowledge that time I can Consider me just a well qualified not overqualified. Because learning never ends. And it has no limits.

Describe your ideal company, location and job.

An ideal company is one if it the company and its employees helps each other in mutual development. Where I can utilize my skills and abilities and can gain more knowledge.

An ideal job is one which gives self satisfaction to me.

Location does not matter. I can work at any place as I can adapt to any new environment.

Right now my career option is to get placed in a reputed company like yours. If given an opportunity for me to work in your company, where I can utilize my Subject knowledge, Communications and Technical skills for the development of the organization.

Explain how would be an asset to this organization?

I had taken so many decision but there was no toughest decision. I don't believe in what is the simple or tough decision. I don't believe in making decision, I take decision and make them right.

I can be asset to your organisation since I am dedicated towards my work. I have a patience to hold up pressure and work sincerely. Moreover I have a quality to learn from my failure and don't give up until I achieve positive result.

What are your outside interests?

I'm very much interested in learning new things and update myself regularly. I frequently participate in discussions with my friends to improve communication skills. I've a curiosity to make new relationships personally as well as professionally and I'm very bold and skilled in making them. I always try to know and judge myself instead of thinking about others growth.

Would you lie for the company?

Once a liar is always a liar. If I speak a small lie today tomorrow I can lie which may damage the Goodwill of the company. So I prefer to be an ethical employee.

Who has inspired you in your life and why?

I had been inspired by my father, because he always used to share about all kinds of things that he had faced in his life.

What was the toughest decision you ever had to make?

I had taken so many decision but there was no toughest decision. I don't believe in what is the

simple or tough decision. I don't believe in making decision, I take decision and make them right.

Have you considered starting your own business?

No sir, I do not have any planning to start my own business. I just want to make my career in reputable organization. I will consider this organization as my own organization. I will work here with full dedication. My focus is on improving my performance and advance career in growth.

How do you define success and how do you measure up to your own definition?

Success to me is the ability to set a goal and the potential to achieve those goals through some measures. Success is about contributing your quota to the society that moulds you.

If you won $10 million lottery, would you still work?

I would say yes because if I get money from lottery then it won't give me the satisfaction and also if I get money from my side (knowledge and hard work) then I'll try to increase it.

How much salary do you expect?

Sir, I am a fresher. I want to need a platform to enhance my skills and experience. Your company is reputed company. I hope you will give good salary that helps survive in the city.
