Attaching Documents to an online Application Introduction

Once you have successfully provided information in online Application, you will be required to support

your application with documentary evidence. Examples include:

Picture

Fingerprint Acquisition form

Police certificate

Pictures etc.

This guide explains the steps for attaching documents to your application.

Documents can only be attached to applications which are already in progress

Attaching Documents to an Application

1. Login to your E-Application Account. Go to the Document tab

2. Select the document to be attached from the drop down list Supporting Document Type

3. Click Choose button.

Find and select the file to be attached

The maximum file size for each attachment is 500kb

4. Click Open

The field is populated with the selected document file

5. Click upload button. The displays the document uploaded in the Uploaded Document

Section.

Click X if you want to stop attaching a document to your application.

You have successfully attached a document to your Application
