Regulation 28 is the regulation on county recycling programs.

Regulation 28.701: Annual Reporting◦Applies to recycling collection centers run by

RSWMDs, counties, or municipalities. ◦Reports due July 15 of each year reporting info

from proceeding 12 month period.◦Reports are required to provide amounts

recycled in weight and volume.Regulation 28.702: Survey Requirement

EPA’s State Data Measurement System

The system is a voluntary nationwide database of recycling and solid waste information.

The goal is to try and establish an “apples to apples” comparison between states.

ELVS Annual Report

ELVS Annual Report is the End-of-Life Vehicle Solutions Corporation Annual Manufacturers Implementation Report.

ELVS program provides an avenue for recycling of mercury from switches pulled from scrap cars.
