• XMLP generates self-service checks from the XML data when employees/administrators view a paycheck via the on-line page

• An App Engine that generates a PDF print file containing paychecks in the pay run, in batches you define

Note: A similar process in ePay was delivered in 8.9 for Global Payroll users.

Administrators or employees can view their paycheck on-line. The paycheck includes YTD running totals.

In addition, you can choose the number of days you want the paycheck to be available online.

• Flat• Age Graded• Salary Percentage• Service Rate

On it, you define whether the rates are flat or percentage, the factors used (age, covered person, gender, etc.) and the operator factor.

Then you used the Ben Rate table to define the plan specifics and rules.

You can also define rates based on tax classes. If rates are split, then the matching tax class is required on the deduction code. This allows domestic partner coverage to be managed in a single plan and coverage code.

Flexible Premium Options & Calculations Formula-based calculations. Split premiums by tax classes for employees and employers

All attributes calculating coverage for life insurance and disability plans are centralized in a common formula-based component. You can select from existing formulas to calculate life insurance coverage or create your own coverage calculation formula.

For Life Insurance – you can reduce coverage by age and configure as many dependent plans that you need. You can also track dependents using two or more plans, have a spousal life plan and can flag plans to be discriminatory.

Allow you to create flexible plans based on wide array or scenarios using formulas.

Delivered PeopleSoft has several uses in the Life insurance and Disability plans, but plans to use more in the future. You can use it for more than these 2 types now, if you wish to do the setup.
