Before commencing any new undertaking, it is important you remember why you are doing it, what you

want to communicate and what you expect to gain from this effort. As you begin creating your own

Home Party process, keep the following ideas in mind. By staying focused on the mission and goal, you

will maximize your results:

• Keep your passion for DubLi upfront at all times; remember why you joined this business and how fortunate you feel to be part of it. People can read your excitement.

• Your friends and family shop, travel and listen to music anyway; why shouldn’t they take advantage of the features and benefits DubLi has to offer while helping you build your business?

• DubLi is a lifestyle; everyone on the planet can benefit by using DubLi. It’s your job to help them understand this

• Keep it simple. Keep your thoughts and messages succinct and passionate

• Remind people that DubLi does not require them to do anything different than they are doing already, except they can now be paid for doing it

The following time-tested tips will help prepare you for your home party. It is important to keep in mind

that while this manual is designed to guide you through a formal home party, every holiday, get-together

or soccer game is the perfect opportunity to introduce DubLi informally to your friends, family and peers

to help build your business. Leave no stone unturned -- everyone shops, everyone travels and everyone

listens to music. Everyone is a potential DubLi customer for you!

Step 1: Create your guest list. Invite 50-75% more people than you would like to attend, as some people

will be unavailable. For example, if your objective is to register 10 new V.I.P. Members, plan to invite 15-

20 guests. Consider people with similar interests, which will enable you to highlight certain categories or

segments of interests for a particular group. For example, if you have several mothers on your list, you

might try inviting them to the same party where you can highlight back-to-school items, school uniforms,

toys or diapers and hold the interest of each of your guests. Your guests will also feel more comfortable

if you surround them with people who live similar lives and whose company they enjoy.

Step 2: Decide the date and time that will be most convenient for your attendees: nights, weekends,

lunch, etc. Set the date and time for your home party.

Step 3: Design your invitation. Are you sending an email? A formal note card? Consider using one of

the merchants on the DubLi Shopping Mall to create an attractive, fun, inexpensive invitation. You may

order blank invitations where you can fill in the date and time and use these for future home parties

as well. Keep your invitation concise and inform your guests that your party is by “invitation-only” for a

select few individuals. Make your guest feel special and honored that you have selected them to receive

an invitation. Highlight that the party will be both educational and fun. To avoid too many questions in

advance, you might want the subject of your invitation to include language such as:

• Prepare your agenda in 5-10 minute segments (you may want to print out copies of the agenda for your guests to follow along)

• Have enough customer brochures, sign-up forms and coupons/discounts codes printed and available. You may also want to order a variety of DubLi merchandise for giveaways: pens, mouse pads, t-shirts, etc. and/or to use as prizes. Make sure to order your merchandise well in advance.

• Plan your refreshments. What will you serve? Consider the time of day. For daytime parties, you may want to consider ordering coffee from one of the coffee merchants in the DubLi Shopping Mall, some candy with the DubLi logo or baked goods. Ordering from the DubLi Mall provides a nice conversation topic, which will further illustrate your message that DubLi covers all your everyday needs.

• You can display a nice floral arrangement to brighten up the room or the refreshment table. You want your guests to know that you have gone out of your way to make this event special just for them.

• Dress for success. Wearing a business suit is not necessary in your home; however, you should look fresh, clean and dress appropriately for entertaining company in your home. Wearing items purchased through DubLi can bolster your presentation.

• Make sure your home is neat and clean, and that you have enough seating available for all your guests to sit comfortably. You want their undivided attention during the presentation, so minimize distractions.

• Pre-print photos of the items you want to show for the pricing game (more about this below) and have pens and paper available. Calculate the total possible savings for these items in advance to demonstrate the many ways DubLi can save people money.

• Ask your guests to have their cell phones handy to use the calculator.

• Have your computer or iPad with Internet access available with the sign-up form open for fast registration of your guests at the end of the party.

• Prepare your presentation (you may use the one provided).

• Become familiar with all aspects of the DubLi.com site: Buy a few items; search for your favorite stores; understand the differences between a free customer and the memberships; search for songs and create a playlist; create your own dubli.com email address; read some of the Blog articles; set up your own DubLi Social Hub; and understand the Cashback concepts on the travel, shopping and entertainment portals. Understand the difference between earning Cashback and the savings you receive from discounts and coupons.

• Leave plenty of time for questions and answers. Be honest and sincere in your response. Credibility builds trust and trust builds new customers.

• Rehearse, rehearse, and rehearse. Proper planning prevents pandemonium.

The day of your party, keep these tips in mind to maximize your chances of success.

• Keep the party simple. Don’t try to say too much or overcomplicate it. You don’t want to confuse your guests. If it makes you more comfortable, feel free to use note cards. As an introduction, you might want to print out a one-page handout that explains DubLi. For example:

• Make the party dynamic and fun. Make sure your guests feel your excitement and passion for DubLi.

• Start and end on time.

• Have pleasant music playing in the background as your guests arrive and after your presentation.

• Have refreshments and drinks set up before guests arrive. Depending on the time of day, refreshments may include: finger sandwiches, veggies and dip, mixed nuts, fresh fruit or any other hors d’oeuvres your guests can eat without utensils. Avoid messy sauces or items that require too much work to serve and eat. Always have bottled water available. You may also want to serve coffee or other treats purchased from the DubLi Shopping Mall to demonstrate the versatility of using the site in your everyday life.

• Be sure to ask everyone to introduce himself or herself.

• Keep the pace moving along. Explain that you will take questions at the end.

• Convey your personal story of what DubLi has done for you and your family. This is the most important portion of the party. People need to see and feel your passion for DubLi.

• Offer the opportunity for your guests to host their own DubLi Home Party. Explain the benefits of hosting a party of their own. Offer to assist your guests in hosting their first party. Remember, you are in business for yourself but not by yourself.

• A DubLi Home Party should last no more than one hour.

What is Cashback?

At DubLi, we pay you cash to shop. DubLi has partnered with thousands of merchants and travel

• You will need a computer or a screen for larger groups, or connect your computer to a compatible TV.

• Give a tour of the site, highlighting travel, shopping and entertainment.

• Discuss DubLi’s travel partners

• Mention the names of some of your favorite shops from the thousands of stores on the DubLi Shopping Mall.

• Talk about your playlists and describe how your kids play their favorite games on DubLi Entertainment.

• Explain the Cashback benefits and demonstrate where on the Shopping Mall a customer can see exactly how much Cashback they are entitled to earn.

• Show the category search and how you can search for your favorite stores.

• Discuss DubLi Cloud and how you can store photos, personal documents, videos and more.

• Show the DubLi Social Hub.

• Talk about the DubLi Blog and describe the special coupons and discounts offered in the blog articles.

• Show your DubLi MasterCard, explain how the Cash Organizer works and emphasize how easy it is to load your Cashback onto your card.

I recently ordered flowers for my mother’s birthday. When I ordered, DubLi offered an exclusive coupon for 15% off. I also happened to place my order the same week this shop was featured as DubLi’s Weekly Deal, offering 10% Cashback. I ordered my mom an arrangement that cost Euro 69,95, which cost me Euro 59,46 after the coupon code that I entered when I checked out. At the end of the month, I received Euro 5,95 for my 10% Cashback. Then, because I am a V.I.P. Member, I received an additional 6% Cashback, Euro 3,57, at the end of the month, for a total of Euro 9,52 Cashback. The Euro 69,95 bouquet of flowers cost me Euro 49,94, a 29% discount on something I was going to buy anyway. Just think how quickly the money would add up if you earned Euro 9,52 Cashback for every purchase you were going to make anyway.”

Here’s another great example: The water you are drinking right now. I recently ordered a monthly sub-scription of four cases a month because we go through cases of water quickly in this house between the kids and the gym. My monthly subscription is Euro 25,96. Because I signed up through the DubLi Shopping Mall, I received two cases free. In addition, I received Euro 20 Cashback! • Now, show your guests how it works.

• Select a good example. For laundry detergent, show them how to buy certain grocery items that can be delivered directly to their door with free shipping --they no longer have to worry about carrying heavy grocery bags. Take them to the golf store and show them how easily they can purchase a set of golf clubs.

• In each example, show how they can either enter the name of the store or scroll through the categories. Highlight the impressive list of shops in each category. Show them the Cashback and explain how it works for different memberships.

• Do the math with them to show how much Cashback they would earn if they had made these purchases through DubLi.

• Take them to your Shopping Mall account and Cash Organizer. Show them how easy it is to add the Cash onto your DubLi MasterCard. Make sure you have some money in your account in advance for this demonstration.

• Walk them through an example of how to make a hotel reservation and then deduct the 14% Cashback from the total amount.

(Play the DubLi Savings Game: 10 minutes)

• Before the party, select three items from the DubLi Shopping Mall that are relevant to the audience to whom you will be speaking. Print a photo of each item with a brief description and the regular retail price to show the group.

• Hand out paper and pens

• Pre-select the items from the DubLi Merchandise Shop as your prize. These prizes should be slightly more expensive than the items you select to give-away to each guest who attends your party.

• Hold up the photos one at a time and ask them to write down their guess of what they think their total savings would be through DubLi.

• Whoever comes closest to DubLi’s lowest price wins the prize. Take time at the end of the first round to show your guests how you came up with that price. This helps to remind them of all the ways they can save money as a DubLi V.I.P. Member. This will also help your guests become more involved and understand the process better, in addition to helping them with their guesses in subsequent rounds.

Now, we’re going to play a game and give away some prizes. I am going to show you three different items available on the DubLi Shopping Mall and tell you the retail price. Then each of you will write down your best guess of what a DubLi V.I.P. Member would save.

Pass out the DubLi Customer Brochure and the DubLi Savings Estimator. Direct the group to look at the DubLi Savings Estimator and ask them to fill it out to illustrate what their personal savings could be.

• Give them a few minutes to fill out the form.

• Go around the room and ask them each to call out their numbers. Provide a prize to the guest who calculated the highest number.

• Pass out give-away: pen, mousepad, lanyard, etc.

As we wrap things up this evening, I wanted to give you an opportunity to apply these savings in your own life. Please look at the Savings Estimator and take the next few minutes to write down an estimate of your monthly expenses.
