Do you think terrorism has become new business?Peace means having a bigger stick than the other guy. This ‘bigger stick’ is terrorism. Terrorism is weapon used by some nations to be at the pole position. It allows them to control the economies of the world to their own benefit.

The economy of the United States flourishes on the basis of a few big industries one of which is weapons industry. The US is world’s largest arms exporter. Six out of ten largest arms manufacturers of the world who profit the most from the war economy are from the US.

This means the trade of arms should increase to benefit the economy of the US. For this, it is necessary to create a war like situation, the way it is in Syria right now. To fulfill this motive, arms and ammunition is supplied to the terrorist groups like ISIS and Taliban. The terrorists possess latest weapons manufactured by nations like Russia and US. On the other hand, same weapons are supplied to the military by the manufacturers to fight the terrorists.

This way the arms industry flourishes by double dealing under the table and make profits by supporting terrorism.

Although, there are no evidences, still it is believed that 9/11 terror attacks were preplanned by the US government. The reason for believing in such conspiracy theories is the inaction of the US military which could have struck the hijacked planes in midair to prevent them from causing any damage. Possible motives claimed by conspiracy theorists for such actions include justifying the invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq (even though the US government admitted that Iraq was not involved in attacks) to advance their geostrategic interests, such as plans to construct a natural gas pipeline through Afghanistan.

If the US does not support terrorism, then why is it so that it provides financial aid which has failed to curb terrorism and shelters terrorists like Osama Bin Laden and Hafiz Saeed.

To conclude we can say that terrorism is an activity which boosts business and economy at the cost of lives of innocent human beings.
