The Appraisal Institute has been at the forefront of green education since 2009 when we released our first green seminar. Our courses are approved in every state for CE as well as with GBCI for the LEED Credential Maintenance Program, and the Appraisal Institute is an Education Provider with the US Green Building Council (USGBCI). We have a Valuation of Sustainable Buildings professional development program, and after successfully completing courses in it, your name will be added to the Appraisal Institute’s Valuation of Sustainable Buildings web site Registry.
