DO YOU HAVE A BROWN SCAPULAR?
I will bless and give away Brown Scapulars of Our
Lady of Mt. Carmel on her Feast Day, Thursday, July
16. Come to the Liturgy at 8:00 am or drive by. If you
plan to drive by please call to be sure I am available for
you.
At this time I want to encourage everyone to use a
mask especially at church, gargle with Listerine daily,
and wear a Scapular all the time.
This sacramental was given by our Blessed Mother to
St. Simon Stock in 1251 with promises and privileges.
All members of our Parish, beginning with the young
who have received Holy Communion to all ages are
urged to make use of this holy vestment during these
times and at times of peace.
******************************************** ABOUT THE USE OF MASKS
For everyone’s safety I want to encourage the use
of masks at church. Current reports claim an
increase of cases with the virus and so let’s do
what we can do to help with healing.
ABOUT TESTING POSITIVE
If you or someone you know has tested
positive in our Parish please contact me
with your information. All matters will be
kept in strict confidence. The goal for me
is to help control and end the virus
problem. I know everyone shares the same
desire.
CAUTION – CAUTION – CAUTION.
Do not make a mistake and spread false
information. Rumors can be a bad enemy
for everyone.
ALWAYS BE SURE OF YOUR STORY
BEFORE YOU SPEAK. Thanks.
