How to Track Attendance

Many of you have already worked with your school(s) office staff to designate where and how Fellows should sign in and out each day (if you haven’t yet done this, please do ASAP)

You only are required to track the ½ and full day absences and we have created a tracker to help

YOU ONLY NEED TO POPULATE WHEN THERE IS AN ABSENCE

It will automatically calculate semester totals to be used at end of year

There is a sheet for Semester 1 and Semester 2 at the bottom

It may be helpful to add in start dates and end dates for Fellows entering or leaving your program

EXIT TICKET

We want to be sure to support one another, not only in our roles, but in balancing our personal lives as well. Think about what is most important to you in your personal life, and identify something you’d like your colleagues to ask you about when they see you over the next weeks and months. Maybe it’s your new puppy, your marathon training, or maybe you want to be asked to tell more crazy stories about your Coast Guarding days… whatever matters to you.

Go to the Coordinator Contact Google Doc, and use the far right column to identify that personal thing we should ask you about. While you’re there, update any contact info if necessary.
