D&N Automotive Engineering Dealer Program Requirements and Specifics

To be a qualified dealer for the Dealer Program, you must meet a certain criteria and must follow certain guide lines and specific rules. As listed below.

1. You will need a background in Automotive Service work. Send us your qualifications.

2. You will need as a minimum the following equipment. An OBD II scan tool, a good quality VOM ( volt ohm meter ) a bench top power supply, and a clamp on DC Amperage meter.

3. You will have to have successfully completed reading of all of the supplied pre-dealer information supplied to you by us regarding product information, Tuning 101 guide to HHO success, and proper assembly and install instructions of all of the available product line.

4. You will not be allowed to use the name of the Mighty Mite model 4.5 generator or any implication that it is a product of D&N Automotive Engineering. Since we are not doing the actual assembly, we can not assume responsibility or be associated with this product. You are free to use the names of our other products, since we have direct control over the manufacture of these products. You are however free to rename any of our products in your advertisement and sales.

5. Your initial order must include the following. Your choice of our Basic Package, or our Deluxe Package. Packages are listed at the end of this application.

6. The wiring and electrical fittings are optional, we have everything you will need except multiple colors of 18 AWG wire in stock. You will need this gauge wire for your hook ups to the AFR Control Centers.

7. You will have a protected territory. We will not locate another dealership within 250 miles if you are a resident of the United States, and will limit 2 dealership's per country, spaced a minimum of 250 miles apart for dealership's outside of the USA.

8. In order to maintain your dealership in good standing, beginning on month 3 of your recognized dealership, you must order as a minimum, $600.00 in product purchases per month. Failure to do so will forfeit your rights as a dealership, and allow D&N Automotive Engineering the right to place another dealership in your formerly protected area.

9. We will furnish you with support materials in the form of PDF informational documents. We will also be available on a limited basis for your “ problem “ installs. We will not personally guide you through your installation on any particular vehicle. We will help you trouble shoot individual problems as our time allows. Remember, YOU are the dealership, and your customers are expecting expert service and answers from YOU. Memorize all of the information that we send you, and keep printed copies at your disposal to answer all your customers, as well as your own, questions.

We ask you to sign this application document and then scan it and return it to us by email attachment for our approval. If approved you will be notified by email and receive a signed copy by us when you place your initial order.
