Anaerobic Sulphate Reducing Bacteria (SRB) produce hydrogen sulphide, causing sulphide stress cracking. Internal corrosion due to SRB can result in the replacement of the pipelines as short as four years. One solution is to use non-metal pipe instead of non-liner steel pipe. DMAR Work Scope: • Engineering supports include strength and fatigue
analysis through complicated FE modelling, on bottom stability analysis, weight coating design, installation and test procedure development.
