RigNet Inc. 2012 to July 2016 Review and negotiation of Contracts with drillers and operators of rigs, platforms,

spars, FPSOs, vessels and support stations in the Eastern Hemisphere. Review and negotiation of vendor contracts and purchase orders including hardware,

software, provisions, and personnel. Negotiation and review of all FEED, EPC and EPCM subcontracts, RFPs. MOUs,

NDAs on a global basis, including major projects in Australia, Iraq, Singapore and South Korea.

Division Counsel Eastern Hemisphere, for major supplier of telecommunications equipment and services, including VSAT, point to point, Wi-Fi, microwave and mobile services to the energy, maritime and mining industries.
