RigNet Inc. 2012 to July 2016 Review and negotiation of Contracts with drillers and operators of rigs, platforms,

spars, FPSOs, vessels and support stations in the Eastern Hemisphere. Review and negotiation of vendor contracts and purchase orders including hardware,

software, provisions, and personnel. Negotiation and review of all FEED, EPC and EPCM subcontracts, RFPs. MOUs,

NDAs on a global basis, including major projects in Australia, Iraq, Singapore and South Korea.

Division Counsel Eastern Hemisphere, for major supplier of telecommunications equipment and services, including VSAT, point to point, Wi-Fi, microwave and mobile services to the energy, maritime and mining industries.

Responsible for all legal support for corporate and subsidiaries activity in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Australian and the Pacific Islands including contracts, corporate governance, labor and associated activities.

Responsible for ensuring compliance with local licensing, privacy, anti-corruption and anti-competition laws in numerous jurisdictions.

Of Counsel with highly respected maritime firm providing counsel to major international oil and mining company, responsible for negotiating and drafting Master Service Agreements, Commercial Agreements, Purchase Orders, Rig Assignments, Charters, Powers of Attorney, and other documents for international oil field work including drilling, seismic, subsea and ROV, vessel charters, transportation, casing, goods, services and all aspects of on off shore drilling.

Drafted, negotiated, edited and finalized FEED, EPC and EPCM contracts for major natural gas plant in Australia and major shore side marine base in Corpus Christi, TX.

Specific claims handled have included auto accidents, wrongful death claims, contractor injuries, insurance disputes, environmental damaged, products liability, land owner and leaseholder disputes, construction disputes, and commercial disputes.

Served on corporate law department steering committee for the integration of the legal departments of Amoco, ARCO, BP, Castrol, and Vastar. Served as legal counsel to the global committees that standardized accident investigation reporting protocols.

Consulted regularly with all levels of management from field to boardroom on risk management, contract provisions with special emphasis on indemnity and insurance

provisions, compliance with state and federal regulations and public reputation issues. Managed complex lawsuits, including one involving a defective drag line at ARCO’s

Australian coal mine that resulted in a 24 million dollar judgment. Managed successful defense of multiple wrongful death lawsuits. Managed multi-plaintiff toxic tort docket, heavy on class action allegations, numbering in

the 100s. Managed three person office responsible for litigation and counseling in the Mid

Continent, West Coast, Rockies, and Alaska for all upstream, midstream, and downstream operations.
