Products and Services• At DJ’s Drive in Drive

out we will be offering a wide variety of custom body kits for cars of all makes and models. We also offer oil changes and car tune ups for people that are not interested in changing the aesthetic merit of there vehicle.

Products and Services Continued

• Our body kits will range from around only 400$ to over 1000$. The oil change will be at the price or lower of most other common car shops, and if you find a price that beats ours than we will match it.

Demographic

• We will mostly be targeted at teenagers but truly we are just here for anyone interested in cars. The income can be relatively low for most people if they are just looking for an oil change or cheap body kit. Most people in the Triad area should be able to afford the parts that we sell. Of course the demographic we are aiming at is going to be interested in the automotive world or else we would be out of a job. Education can be absolutely anything as long as your interested in your vehicle, we don’t care how smart or stupid you may be.

Employment

• We only really need about ten employees when first opening because it will be a small place. Only a few cars at a time especially if they need a custom job done. My employees will need to be educated on vehicles, they will however need to be over 16 years of age. I would like all of my employees to have some sort of prior experience actually working with vehicles.

Marketing

• Until my business makes money I doubt we will have the money in our budget to fund making commercials and billboards, but I do think it would be easy to get flyers and pamphlets to hand out to people since you can make them from home.

Startup Cost

• I believe it will cost around 100,000 dollars to get my body shop up and running. This will include the tools and the space I need, and will also get me a spray booth.

Goals

• Short Term: Get Customers, Have happy customers.

• Long Term: make money, and provide customers with long term satisfaction

The Competition

• I am sure that jiffy lube will be a jerk and try to beat us for our oil changes but we will offer a lower price along with a sticker for our customer. Also many other local body shops will be competing with us but we will offer the best service for our customers.
