Rules and Regulations:
Rules and Regulations• General Rules• All cases to be return to the registration desk.• Only pencils to be used for solving the case studies.• “Write-up” format of the case studies should be in PDF format.• “Case study exam” should be in written format.• Except the “case exam” all submissions have to be made online before the submission
time deadline. • All case study answer/reports should be e-mailed before the specified deadline (in a
common mailbox provided by the college).• Late submission of case study solution would be penalized.• In case the e-mail doesn’t work, you need to bring your case study solution in a Pen drive
to the registration desk (only 5 minutes Grace is allowed).• Taking outside help and plagiarism is strictly prohibited, if found there would be an
immediate suspension.• Participant can use internet facilities.• The case studies should not be copied or distributed to anyone.• Any delay from the management side would be adjusted accordingly on a case to case
basis.
Rules & Regulations• 30 minutes Rules• After each session 30 minutes would be provided within which
the following tasks have to be completed:– Return of previous case materials – Completing viva (except for “written case study” exam).– Viva time allotted is 5 mins. (so sum up all points in the mentioned
time period).– Presenting the case ppt (if required).– PPT presentation cannot exceed more than 7 mins.– There would be negative marking of exceeding allotted time.– Register for the next case study (registration opens 10 mins. Prior to
the next case study). – Students will be responsible for managing their own time.

Format of the Competition
- 2 Hours per Case Study.
- Half Hour gap between case study where:- Submit your old case- Take your Viva- Register for next case study
- Time management is key.
- There will be a break for Lunch and Dinner
- Sleep time given: 6 hours each night.
- The case solutions of the finalists will be rechecked.

Situational Analysis(Analyzing Exhibits, Drawing Inferences from the case)

Recommendations or Conclusions 10 marks
