A reinforced market for remanufactured items
Product groups – a vast spectrum of variety and value
The interest and demand in the industry for remanufactured products is beginning to build in the region.
Both the economy and the environment are reasons for the rise in the appeal of remanufactured items. It is no surprise that Paperworld Middle East serves as a great platform for exhibitors of remanufactured toner and inkjet cartridges. The natural next step therefore, is to dedicate an area to this very segment at the 2014 edition.
All exhibitors from this sector will have the opportunity to be part of a dedicated pavilion for remanufactured products and will benefit from a targeted marketing campaign to visitors interested in these products.
Specialist retailers no longer focus on one core product line, but try to add variety to their stores. Big trading groups in the Middle East have always been known to take on a large number of complementing product
groups, and are open to new ideas. Paperworld Middle East puts you directly in touch with traders from the entire MENA region, sourcing the following products:

2013 show highlights!
Green Office AreaThe issue of sustainability is increasingly important in today’s consumer world. The Ministry of Environment and Water (MOEW) supports Paperworld Middle East in its attempt to bring this subject to the fore, in which environmentally friendly products from exhibitors are featured in a showcase area, along with the ‘eco-credentials’ of the items.
Traditionally, the Middle East has been largely known for its high consumption levels, but there has recently been a noticeable change in consumer patterns with greater emphasis on being environmentally responsible. Both corporates and individuals in the region are increasingly opting for ‘green’ products.
This trend is further emphasised by governments around the region setting new environment-friendly regulations to reduce their carbon footprints.
Supporting this development, Paperworld Middle East will highlight products that are environmentally friendly, sustainable or made of recycled materials in a dedicated showcase area.
The “Green Office Area” serves as a guide for visitors interested in sourcing “green” products.
April Fine Paper Trading, UAE Mr. Krishna Kumar Singh, Marketing Manager
“It has been a great show. Dubai is a hub for all of the Middle East so that is the profile of visitors we get here. Dubai attracts good business. We already have an established network here so we participate in the show to reinforce our brand and market presence.”
Wrap Star - The UAE’s first gift wrapping competition This is the only contest of its type in the country and is open to staff from retail, department and luxury stores to compete against each other and demonstrate their skills and creativity in gift wrapping. The results from the 2013 edition were outstanding as professional and amateur gift wrappers created the most eye-catching designs and art forms.
Spectators were interested in sourcing new and innovative gift wrapping products, to add that extra element of flair and dynamism to their in-store gift wrapping operations and merchandising displays. The opportunity for your products to be showcased in this highly publicised event should not be missed.
If you would like to supply gift wrapping products for the competition, email [email protected] with the subject line ‘Paperworld ME Wrap Star 2014’.
We will ensure your products are used and demonstrated throughout the competition and will publicise your presence at the exhibition.
