DESCRIPTION
CFP regularly coordinates with local medical groups, children's hospitals, and missionary groups who travel to economically disadvantaged areas in the US and in the Third World to provide medical services and outreach support. Via our extensive network of volunteers, followers and Designer community, we host drives for unwanted fabric and linens, sewing campaigns and even the coordination of the collection of some of the most beautiful and heart-felt dresses, made by volunteers. We arrange for the distribution of the dresses, and sometimes other personal care items and toiletries we may be collecting in tandem, via the organizations we partner with for this important program.TRANSCRIPT

Divas Dressing DarlingsDivas Dressing Darlings is an official CFP program which partners with local medical groups, children’s hospitals, and missionaries who travel to disadvantaged areas in the US and the Third World, to provide medical services and outreach support.
We host drives for unwanted fabrics and linens, sewing campaigns and the collection and distribution of the most beautiful and heart-felt dresses, made by our volunteers. We often couple the distribution of the dresses with other campaigns for personal care items or toiletries.
This photo shoot showcases just a handful of the beautiful dresses sewn by the CFP volunteers throughout 2011, consisting of local designers, dedicated sewing clubs and fans.
In Spring 2012, 50 dresses were sent via an Arkansas voluntary surgical group called “Love Without Boundaries” to recipients in Kenya and another large assortment were donated to the charity “Little Dresses for Africa”.
