DISTRIBUTION PANELSPRISMA - SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC

Complex distributiebord voor AZ-Sint-Maria HalleIn een ziekenhuis is het garanderen van de bedrijfszekerheid van primordiaal belang. De UPS’n en de noodstroom moeten meteen overnemen wanneer er zich een stroompanne voordoet om de kritieke functies te garanderen.

Daarnaast moest het nieuwe laagspanningsdistributiebord passen in een relatief kleine bestaande technische ruimte. En bovendien voldoen aan de nieuwe norm EN 61439-1/2.

P&V ontwierp een Prisma P distributiebord van 1600A en 40kA bestaande uit 4 cellen. Het werd een complex vermogenschema met aanzienlijk veel interne verbindingen en ‘deel’ barenstellen. Zowel de netstroom als de noodstroom van de generator én de voedingen naar de verschillende UPS’n worden vanuit dit bord verdeeld.

In addition, the new low voltage distribution panel had to fit in a relatively small space existing technical area. And conform to the new EN 61439-1/2 standard.

P&V designed a 1600A and 40kA Prisma P distribution panel consisting of four cells. It was a complex power schematic with considerable internal connections and ‘partial’ bus bars. The main power supply and the emergency power supply from the generator and the power supplies to the various UPS will be distributed from this panel.

AZ-Sint-Maria HalleDans les hôpitaux, la fiabilité d’exploitation est d’une importan-ce primordiale. Les UPS et les générateurs de secours doivent pouvoir prendre le relais dès qu’une panne de courant se produit afin d’assurer les fonctions critiques.

A côté de cela, le nouveau tableau de distribution basse tension devait s’adapter à un local technique existant relativement con-finé et satisfaire à la nouvelle norme EN 61439-1/2.

P&V a conçu un tableau de distribution Prisma P de 1600A et 40 kA à partir de 4 cellules. Le schéma de puissance fut complexe avec des connexions internes relativement importantes et une partie avec des jeux de barres. Tant le courant de réseau que le générateur d’urgence et les alimentations vers les différents UPS sont distribués depuis ce tableau.

Nieuwe tribunes in het Regenboogstadion – Zulte WaregemVoor de nieuwe zittribunes in het Regenboogstadion, bouwde P&V 4 Prisma P distributieborden en 11 Prisma G borden. Voor iedere tribune is er 1 ALSB (algemeen laagspanningsbord) van 1250A en 19kA bestaande uit 3 cellen ontworpen. Naast het hoofddistributiebord is er ook 1 bord voor noodstroom van 630A opgebouwd uit 2 cellen voorzien. Het ALSB en noodstroombord zijn rug aan rug gebouwd omwille van de beperkte beschikbare ruimte.

Aan het hoofdverdeelbord en noodstroombord zijn er per verdie-ping in het stadion telkens 2 kleinere Prisma G distributieborden tussen 50A en 125A en 10kA gekoppeld met respectievelijk een stroom- en noodstroomgedeelte.

New stands in the Regenboog stadium – Zulte WaregemFor the new stands in the Regenboog stadium, P&V construc-ted 4 Prisma P distribution panels and 11 Prisma G panels. One 1250A, 19kA GLVP (general low-voltage panel) consisting of 3 cells has also been designed for each stand. In addition to the main distribution panel, one 630A panel for emergency power of 630A consisting of 2 cells has also been provided. The GLVP and emergency power panel are constructed back-to-back because of the limited space available.

Connected to the main distribution panel and emergency power panel on each floor in the stadium are also two smaller 50A, 125A and 10kA Prisma G distribution panels with a power section and an emergency power section, respectively.

Des nouvelles tribunes au Stade Arc-en-Ciel de Zulte WaregemPour les nouvelles tribunes assises du Stade Arc-en-Ciel, P&V a construit 4 tableaux de distribution Prisma P et 11 tableaux Prisma G. Pour chaque tribune, il y a 1 ALSB (tableau basse tension général) de 1250A et 19kA constitué de 3 cellules. Outre le tableau de distribution principal, il y a 1 tableau pour l’alimen-tation de secours de 630A conçu à partir de 2 cellules. L’ALSB et le tableau d’alimentation de secours sont construits dos à dos en raison de l’espace limité disponible.

Sur les tableaux de distribution principal et d’alimentation de secours, il y a – par étage dans le stade – à chaque fois 2 tableaux de distribution Prisma G plus petits entre 50A et 125A et 10kA couplés respectivement à une section de courant et d’alimentati-on d’urgence.
