DESCRIPTION

Most of us take chances when we drive and will drive distracted from time to time. So we realize we are taking a chance when driving distracted but may continue to do so ignoring the risks to ourselves, those in the car that we care about and the public. More than 88% of those surveyed feel a threat to their safety from the use of cell phones by other drivers but more than 67% continue to use cell phones themselves according to Traffic Safety Culture Index.
