Safety plus wear comfort

Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be adapted to the special requirements of the particular work area in trade or industry.

Three PPE categories are differentiated: I. Negligible risk,II. Moderate risks, which could result in serious injuries, III. Fatal or irreversible injuries.

Categorization of the disposable protective coveralls in the zetDress® range occurred after extensive testing in accordance with EU regulations. The PPE products in the ZVG range are matched to each other in such a manner that the employee is always optimally protected. The zetDress® protective clothing range from ZVG combines effective protection with a high level of wear comfort, and ensures compliance with the strict EU occupational health and safety requirements. FFP1are suitable for repair, cleaning, and textile tasks, for processing various raw materials such as metal or glass etc. They provide reliable protection against coarse particles hazardous to health. Tested minimum protection of up to 4x the OEL value (OEL=Occupational Exposure Limits).

FFP2are suitable for use when welding, working with lime, glass fibers, etc. They provide protection up to 12x the OEL value, and protect against parti-cles of solid and liquid materials of low toxicity that are hazardous to health.

FFP3are the preferred choice in the chemi-cal and technical field, as well as in the pharmaceutical industry. These masks offer protection against hazar-dous toxic, solid, and liquid, particles and are available with or without exhalation valves. Tested minimum pro-tection up to 50x the OEL value. The masks are EN 149:2001 certified and should be used for protection against particulate pollutants such as dust, smoke, spray and mists. However, they should not be used to protect against gases.

The Standard plus product line stands out thanks to its ultra-light, classically pre-shaped mask body. Just like their counterparts of the Comfort line, the masks in the Standard plus line are hygienically individually packed, folded to save space, and available in a practical dispenser box.
