PARK GUIDANCE SYSTEM

Introduction The parking guidance system (PGIS) based on computer and Wi-Fi MCU is the core of the intelligent parking IoT, The Ultrasonic parking guidance system provides visual indication to driver while searching for a vacant parking spaces: ultrasonic sensor at each space monitors real-time occupancy and reports by changing color of individual lighted space indicator. A green light signifies that the space is vacant while a red light indicates that the space is filled or already occupied. At the meantime, availability information will be accordingly updated on decision point signs. No more guess work for the driver as to which parking level has available spaces for parking.

How does it Works? It's Ultrasonic sensors-based on Wi-Fi TCP/IP network by IoT technique and its installed over each lot.

1st Layer: Data Acquisition

Ultrasonic sensor at each space forms system foundation. It detects parking status and reports to system controller.

2nd Layer: Data Process &Transmission

System controller processes data acquired form ultrasonic sensor, update real-time information to associated signage, reports to upper layer.

3rd Layer: Data Analysis

Host management software and database analyzes data server and generates statistic reports.

Management software Indoor Zone Controller is used to collect the parking state information in real time and send the

data to the indoor central controller after compressed encoding. Then, the indoor central

controller is used to complete data processing and send the processed parking data to each LCD

display of parking lot to display the information of unoccupied parking space so as to realize the

function of guiding vehicles in entering unoccupied parking space.

Integrated ultrasonic parking guidance management platform can be used to realize a series of

functions including online management of parking lot map, parking state management, parking

data analysis, online equipment of device and parking lot operation analysis, reach intelligent

management level of parking lot, build landmark project within the region and provide integrated

superior service for citizens.
