Wednesday Night:Welcome Reception
• The Welcome Reception will be held at Venue 20Seven, high above the heart of the Walt Disney World® Resort at the pinnacle of the Buena Vista Palace Hotel & Spa, the conference hotel and venue.
• 20Seven’s unique layout features divisible sections for intimate, private rooms, each with a stunning view of the Orlando skyline, Downtown Disney® and spectacular fireworks displays. The setup will be done to ensure excellent networking and interaction among attendees.
• The IMC USA Board of Directors will join us for the reception following their Board meeting which will be held that day.
• The setup will include food stations for heavy hors d’oeuvres with drink stations.

Thursday Night:Constantinus Award Dinner
• The Constantinus Award dinner will be held “under the sea” in The Living Seas Salon of Epcot Center• The venue serves scrumptious food surrounded by stunning underwater views of a Caribbean coral
reef.• The setup will be appropriate for an international award, and will include all requirements as per the
RFP.• The dinner will be followed by dessert at IllumiNations (next page)

• Following the Constantinus awards dinner, we adjourn to a private patio for dessert and viewing of IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth, Disney’s 14-minute, live pyrotechnic show.
• IllumiNations brings together the past, present and future of our planet and its colorful nations, and features breathtaking fireworks, brilliant bursts of fire, laser light effects, dramatic fountain barges, a stirring musical score and the world's first spherical video display system—the 350,000-pound Earth Globe—an inspirational nighttime spectacular bursting with surprises.

Friday Night:ICMCI 25th Anniversary Gala Dinner
• The Gala Dinner celebrating ICMCI’s 25th Anniversary will be held at the Buena Vista Palace Hotel and Spa, and will be a combined event of the ICMCI trustees / delegates and their partners, and the IMC USA consulting conference attendees.
• This gala dinner will be a sit-down black tie (or business attire) event, and feature live entertainment.

Partner Program
The Partner Program will provide participants an opportunity to visit some other area attractions.
On Thursday, participants will visit SeaWorld,America’s premier aquatic park and take a behind-the-scenes tour, and enjoy the aquatic shows.
On Friday, participants will take in world-class shopping at one of the area’s top outlet malls which features over 150 stores including Coach, Fendi, Prada and Salvatore Ferragamo. For those not wishing to “shop ‘til you drop,” a golf outing or “day at the spa” can be arranged for an additional cost.
On Saturday, participants will visit Winter Park where the world’s largest private collection of Tiffany items is housed at the Morse Museum and followed by a scenic boat tour.

Airport to hotel / conference venue• The trip from the Orlando International Airport (MCO) to Lake Buena Vista is 17
miles (27.5 km) and takes approximately 25 minutes. There are two ways to get to the hotel / meeting venue
• Taxi: $50 each way• Mears Shuttle : $34 RT/$21 one-way (up to 3 hotel stops)
Transportation will be provided for all meeting events. Disney theme parks
• Getting around the Disney complex and Orlando is easy. Free transportation is available from the hotel to any of the Disney theme parks & Downtown Disney (after 6pm).
Other key attractions in the Orlando area:• Taxi or Mears transportation (located at the Concierge desk) in the conference
venue are the best options.

Visa Requirements
• Visitors traveling to the United States must hold a valid passport and, if not on the Visa Waiver Program country list, a valid visa.
• On the next slide is the list of the ICMCI countries and those who qualify for the Visa Waiver Program (VWP). This is an electronic application that can determine an individual’s eligibility for travel within the US without a Visa.
• Any visitor wishing to travel within the United States can consult the State Department’s website detailing visa policy and procedures at http://travel.state.gov/visa/visa_1750.html.
• Individuals should confirm their eligibility for the VWP as countries change from time to time. Details of the VWP and how to complete the electronic application are available at http://travel.state.gov/visa/temp/without/without_1990.html.

Passport Requirements
• Visitors to the United States traveling from VWP countries holding a valid passport issued prior to Oct. 26, 2005, will not require a visa to enter the country as long as their passport is machine-readable. A machine-readable passport has two lines of characters at the bottom of the photograph page.
• Travelers who were issued a passport on and after Oct. 26, 2005, will be required to have biometric data on their passport. If not, they will require a visa to enter the United States.
