DISNEY WORLD 2010

Let me make your Disney dreams come true

Page 2: Disney World 2010v3

DATES Sunday, September 26th through Saturday, October 2nd

I chose these dates because.....

- the weather is cooler (Matt won't be as sweaty)- it's value season- the rates are cheaper- the crowds are smaller- and it will give us time to save

and more about DATES...

Epcot Food and Wine Festival

The food and wine festival starts October 1st through November14th. That will give us at least one full day to meet famous chefsand sample food and wine from all over the world!

ACCOMODATIONSDisney's Port Orleans- French Quarter

The atmosphere is New Orleans/Mardi Gras with all the charm and romance of the French Quarter. It's a moderate resort- which means it's not the cheapest but not the most expensiveeither. It's right in the middle.

If you would like a cheaper place- I'll send you info on the value resorts. The way I see it- we all don't have to stay at the same place. Although, that would be more fun.

ENTERTAINMENTDisney's "Magic Your Way" Package

this includes 7 days worth of park tickets to the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios & Animal Kingdom. Also, I wanted to include the park hopper option so we could go to whatever park we wanted - when we wanted. Also, we'll have access to extra magic hours and other perks for staying at a resort.

FOOD & DININGMy idea was to add the basic dining to our magic your way package.

This includes (per person, per day): -one snack (apple, candy, drink)-one counter service meal (fast food)-one table service meal (sit down restaurant)

This is the cheapest package for food but believe me- this will be plenty of food and will ensure that we won't waste meal credits (if we were to buy a more expensive meal plan).

HOW MUCH?Estimate per couple: $2,500.00

This includes: Roundtrip airfare from OKC to Orlando6 nights stay at Port Orleans7 days worth of park tickets with park hopper option7 days worth of food & tips

Page 13: Disney World 2010v3

Disclaimer about estimate

The price could be a little more a little less- the contributing factors are: - if we get a free meal plan-the cost of the meal plan would be the same as airfare tickets-the cost of airfare at the time we purchase it-once I know what restaurants we want to go to- I'll know a better estimate for tips

Page 14: Disney World 2010v3

HOW TO PAYWe have from February to sometime in August to pay.

That is 6 months-

$2,500.00 / 6 months = $416.00 per month ($208.00 per person, per month)

We would need to pay this to Disney (they have a way to pay when we want and they apply it to our trip balance).

This does not apply to our airfare as that would be purchased outside of the Disney (it will be cheaper to do it that way) and tips- that money would need to be brought with us.

I would show each couple how to set up the vacation package for themselves on disney.com so they could pay at their leisure and be able to look up account balance, trip details, etc.

SO....What do you guys think? I can arrange for a cheaper trip if anyone is interested by changing the accomodations and other suggestions. OR more expensive thus fulfilling trip if you would like as well.

Let me know if you guys are still interested in going and I can answer all questions.

Let me know what you think.
