The Management Development program

• Directors of Archives, 4 groups, 16-22 participants per group• Large organizations: 3 modules (total 12 dayparts) plus

2 half day intervision meetings, 2 groups• Middle size organizations: 2 modules (total 10 dayparts) plus

2 half day intervision meetings, 2 groups• Over 75 organizations participated 2006 – 2010

Design principles:• “Outside in approach”:

Learning from finance, retail, academia, government, libraries, etc. • “Worksessions”:

Participants prepare draft blue print for their “Enterprise Architecture”• Peer-to-peer learning
