Developing case themes, strategies, and selecting the issues that will be presented at trial is paramount. Long before trial, P&A’s expert consultants can begin to implement a plan to create and organize the theory behind how the case should be presented. With over 20,000 courtroom hours, we have been there before. We have consulted on thousands of opening statements, direct and cross examination and closing arguments. P&A’s principals have been assisting attorneys at trial since 1993.
