Drawing close to AA Ariel


• Prayer thanking AA Ariel for being here.

• Put your hands on your heart• Bring your focus to your breathing. In through the nose, pause, and out through the mouth. Breathe into your heart.

• Now relaxing into your normal breathing pattern.

• Capture that vibration of gratitude that Ariel is with us today.

Using a Heart Connection


1. Begin by asking AA Ariel to please work with and through me. I thank you for allowing me to connect to you in this special way today.

2. As always, practice discernment. See if this is feeling right with you. At any time, all you need to say is STOP, and the connection will end.

3. Heart Connection: Project a golden energy cord from your heart up through your throat, third eye, and crown chakra, into the highest angelic realm with the intent of connecting to the heart of AA Ariel.

4. Send Energy: Start the flow of energy through the heart connection by sending the energy of love and gratitude up from your heart to the heart of Ariel.

5. Receive Energy: Open your heart and mind and take in the love that AA Ariel is sending to you. This Angel's love will be much stronger than the love you sent. Allow the inflowing love to build in your heart for a few minutes.

6. Continue to keep your heart open and invite AA Ariel to work with you and through you. Sitting quietly, enjoy AA Ariel's being here and the love she is pouring over you now.

Using a Heart Connection with another person

2. Create a second Heart Connection to another person. Think of that person. Send a golden energy cord from your heart to theirs.

3. Send Energy: Start the flow of energy through the heart connection by sending the energy of love and gratitude up from your heart to the heart of Ariel. Send a flow of love to the other person.

4. Receive Energy: Open your heart and mind and take in the love that AA Ariel is sending to you. This Angel's love will be much stronger than the love you sent. Allow the inflowing love to build in your heart for a few minutes. Let the energy and love from Ariel flow through you to the other person.

5. Continue to keep your heart open and invite AA Ariel to work with you and through you. Sitting quietly, enjoy AA Ariel's being here and enjoy the love she is pouring over you now.
