Getting started is easy by registering on www.datalogic-loyalty-league.com.
Select the region in which you’re re-siding on the Home page. You can se-lect your language through the coun-try flags on the upper right corner.
Click on Register to subscribe to our program.
Please note that you need to agree to our terms & conditions to be able to register.
Once you register, the following will occur:
• Your company director receives notification
• You receive a login & password from [email protected] Please make sure you mark this address as a safe sender on your spam filter.
Once you receive your login credentials, you’re ready to start claiming Datalogic goods sold.

Once you have registered, it’s easy to log in to the Datalogic Loyalty League site and check your point total.
You can also browse the extensive gift catalog on the website. Claim prizes and redeem your points or add prizes to your Dream zone for future collection.

GETTING STARTED

Claiming your Datalogic products sold to your customers is simple, easy and quick, however, it requires you claim your sales.
The Datalogic Loyalty League aims at rewarding individuals for their efforts in promoting and selling the Datalogic brand, hence why each individual needs to claim his own sales. This is not automated on a company level.
Claiming is quick; it takes less than 1 minute, so get started!

Please note the following:
• Invoice numberYou need to mention your companies invoice number to the end customer. This is important while the system keeps track of invoices claimed.
• Invoice dataDate your invoice to your end customer as mentioned on your invoice.
• Customer nameCustomer to whom your com-pany is selling.
You can select the product category and then the product you want to claim. Please note that you can use the scroll bar to find the correct products for both selections.
After filling in this form, press Save & it’s done in less than 30 seconds! You have 48 h to edit your claim. After this time, it will be processed by the system.
Attention: claims can be audited by Datalogic: you’ll get a notification email with a request to upload your invoice to the specified link when this is the case.

Go to the “Claim” tab
Your can claim your sold Datalogic prod-ucts up to 3 months after the invoice date. The only thing you need to do is fill in the below pre-formatted form.

* If you order a debit card, more information will be required according to the EU regulations regarding debit cards, however, there is not much information to fill in, so it’s fast.
Redeem points
When you log in, you can always check your point status in the top right-hand side of the page.
By clicking on your number of points the system will show you all the gifts available for the collected points

You can select one and click on order to redeem your points.

Our dream zone is a gadget made available for you so you can select your dream gift you’re aiming to save for.
Each time you log in you’ll see it on the left side of the website automatically men-tioning how many points you still need to be able to order it!
Make your choice once and the system reminds you at each login.
• I would like to order a product that is not
included in the saving program. Is this
possible? No, you can only choose from
the products that are listed in the catalog.
• I would like to order an item that has
already been removed from the savings
program. Is this possible?
No, items that have been removed from
the program no longer exist in the product
range and cannot be ordered.
• When will my order be delivered?
We do our absolute best to deliver your
order within 4 weeks. If this is not possible,
we will inform you by email.

• Can I change and/or cancel my order?
No, once placed, orders cannot be
changed or cancelled.
• How are the products transported and
delivered?
The products are delivered to the regis-
tered address by a transporter. If there is
no one at home at the time of delivery,
you will find a note in your mailbox with
further information.
• I have ordered a product more than 5
weeks ago and still have not received
anything yet. Did something go wrong?
We always take great care in carrying
out our orders. However, if you have not
received your order within four weeks,
please send us an email
• My order was damaged when it was
delivered. What do I do now?
You can send an email from the website
in which you describe the damage and
return the article to Sparco International,
Nieuwe gracht 4-05A, 3763 LB Soest, the
Netherlands. As soon as we have received
the damaged product, we will check to
see if the damage can be repaired or if the
product must be replaced.
• I have received the wrong product. What
do I do to receive the correct product?
If you have received a different product
from what you have ordered, you can
send an email from the website and return
the article to Nieuwe gracht 4-05A, 3763
LB Soest, the Netherlands. We will send
you the correct product once you have
returned the wrong product to us.
• I have a question about the product itself.
Whom should I turn to?
You can send an email with your question
from the website. We are happy to pass
your question onto the concerned sup-
plier.
• How long is the warranty term?
This is different for each product and
supplier. If you send us an email with your
question from this website, including a
clear indication of what product is con-
cerned and for how long you have had it,
we are happy to pass your question onto
the supplier concerned.
• Too many/too few points have been add-
ed/deducted. Where can I report this?
You can send an email to loyaltyleague@
datalogic.com with your question relating
to the number of points that are added to/
deducted from your points balance. We
will inquire into this and, if it is incorrect,
we will correct your points balance.
• How can I register a complaint about this
savings program?
If there is anything you are not satisfied
with, we will do our utmost to set things
right. You can send your complaint or
problem by email to loyaltyleague@data-
logic.com. We will process your complaint
immediately.
