He also touched upon the challenges faced by individuals in the organizations in meeting corporate challenges, why people are not happy in spite of possessing good job and money , and how one has to maintain work-life balance . He gave insight of the importance of Four quadrants in the hierarchy pyramid and how one can improve these by daily practice and

In a world which is changing rapidly, the challenges of Mankind are ever increasing.The concepts are redefined in every aspect. Man is getting confined to the four walls of his own creation. The consequences of such lifestyle has been on display in his behavior, psychological, and social being.The amount of deaths due to social non acceptance, stressed life patterns is a fundamental challenge to overcome. Every human being has the fundamental principles of being together , protection of family and in such process stands at crossroad looking for answers to move forward. The Bhagavad-Gita has been a book of ages which has stood the test of time and provides with answers to overcome anxiety and limitations. It's principles are a reflection of one’s innner personality and

efforts in these areas. Vaidya Subramanian, also known as Vidura Madhava Dasa brought the message of Gita's relevance in today's context with beautiful quotes and analogies that were existent in every walk of life.The session also triggered the thoughts of awareness, being mindful , and look for answers to the common question - " the purpose of life"

This Session was given based on the present day scenario of social media , which was made easy by showing video advertisement of the various products and services , different companies how they are related , since the most the advertisements may not be understood by everyone ,though it is creatively madePeople seeing the advertisements

would buy those products and service based on the brand name of the concerned company. Thissession was not only on showing the advertisements, videos of the various companies, it also gave some information on companies which are faced by the various challenges faced in social media.The social media has both positive and negative impact on each individual . It depends on the each individual in what context they take it in.The speaker also gave information about his own firm e - NARADA , where he uses the social media for his business. He has his own pages in Facebook, and channels in YouTube and other various social media platform . He gives variousinformation by making various videos of them and uploads them on You Tube. He also shared experience he faced during start of his business, for the copy rights, piracy, other legal procedure to be done for his work. Finally, the Social Media has various advantages, should be taken in the positive way or right way so that everyone can get the benefits for the same.

“ Journey to Space ” - Dr. T N Suresh KumarAll of us have a dream or many but how many of us realise them and make them come true! Dr T N Suresh Kumar, also known as the *Maha Yatri of India* not only realised his dream but has set a world record also. He is one of such rarest of rare persons who has accomplished so much in his endeavour to become an Astronaut. What for most of us would have been a set back and the end of the dream, made him resilient and pursue his passion and dream - of becoming an Astronaut and ended up being a Maha Yatri. He created opportunities for himself instead of waiting for the opportunity to come by. In his very well articulated narration, he goes on to explain his step by step process of planning and preparation for realising his dream. He explains beautifully his experience of breaking the sound barrier, experiencing the sonic boom, weightlessness in zero gravity, and his endeavour to travel all over the world. The entire session was awe inspiring and gave the audience a thrilling experience. I got so motivated that I have already ventured on taking up two of the journeys he has been through.I thank Disciples India for organising and giving me the opportunity to attend this wonderful session and Dr T N Suresh Kumar for his wonderful experience. “Change your Questions and Change your life” - Mr. Shireesh PingleIt’s always great attending learning sessions at DIL forum and 24th Aug 2019 was no different . It gives immense satisfaction when we get to learn continuously from eminent and experienced speakers who share their knowledge and how it has helped them in transforming their personal and professional life. Mr. Shrireesh Pingle’s session on “ Change your questions and change your life” was thought provoking and was an experience which we can inculcate in our daily life. As human beings we start asking questions right

from the time we start understanding our needs as toddlers and till the very last moment of our lives. This session gave a insight on how we can understand people better and reciprocate each other as empathetically by changing the way we question our self and others, also helps us to lead a positive life and make it more harmonious.

It is indeed ironical that kids possess heavy feet while entering the schools and they only love when the last bell of the class period goes loud. Mr. Sudhir Sridhar opened the session on“Principles Based Education” with this mind provoking reality in the current scenario. He emphasized that the learning synergy in current setup lacks critical insights on educating children with pragmatic inclination towards principles.Values are innate, however the principles are the one which are to be imbibed amidst children in order to create leaders who can transform the world around. He shared his ongoing expedition with selected schools where in principle based education is been cascaded and a paradigm shift of thought process is been observed within the pupil . The results are evident and he stated that the aspect of spiritual quotient needs to be rooted in connection to the enhancement of intelligence quotient and emotional quotient . Mr. Sudhir Sridhar is actively involved in transforming lives of deprived women by training them on the aspect of self sustenance and employment.

Shri Ramachandra Hebbani,Creater of Chota Bheem, spoke about creative living and explained how to lead a life by celebrating every moment of it and adopting spirituality in it.Those who see the Invisible can do the impossible . Creativity is the effort of the passion one who cares to see the ordinary beyond boundaries . Citing examples in the most articulated story telling methodology, the speaker was able to catch the audience with his humour, thought provoking information on mythology, and also with craftsmanship models gathered with his experience .The session had earlier witnessed

the launch of the collection of research papers titled Disciples India Global Journal of Applied Management. The team responsible for this were felicitated on the same occasion by Mr. Ramachandra Hebbani. He enlightened the audience about need of yoga in our life to have a good lifestyle and he did small activity of yoga with which gave a pleasant feeling to all to conclude the session with a pleasant note.
