What is the North East Enfield Area Action Plan?The Area Action Plan is about the future of North East Enfield, an area stretching from the M25 southwards to Ponders End. We want to know what you think about the area and our proposals.

What is the Area Action Plan about?The Plan sets out the Council’s proposed approach to the regeneration of the area, including proposals for new homes, businesses and supporting infrastructure such as schools, transportation and sustainable energy.

How will the Area Action Plan affect me?If you live, work or study in North East Enfield then the Plan will have an effect on your life. The plan sets out the changes we want to deliver in the area over the next 10-15 years in our aim of delivering strong communities, fairness for all and growth and sustainability.
