SOCKET NO.8

1. LOOSEN THE SCREWS ON THE CHAIN GUARD

WITH SOCKET NO.12 AND REMOVE

Disassemble

ENSURE BIKE IS ON STANDS AND SECURE BEFORE REMOVING SHOCK.

3. TORQUE THE REAR BOLT BY TORQUE

WRENCH WITH NO.14 SOCKET, SET AT 44 Nm.

1. INSTALL THE SHOCK ABSORBER WITH THE

PIGGYBACK RESERVOIR TO THE REAR.

2. USE A TORQUE WRENCH WITH ALLEN KEY SOCKET

NO.8, SET AT 44 Nm. TO TORQUE THE FRONT BOLT.

4. INSTALL THE CHAIN GUARD BACK IN POSITION

AND TIGHTEN THE BOLT BY USING THE SOCKET

NO.12

HOW TO ADJUST SPRING PRELOAD

SPRING PRELOAD IS FOR ADJUSTING THE

HEIGHT OF THE BIKE THE TECHNICIAN HAVE TO

UNLOCK TREAD PRELOAD BY USING HEX

WRENCHES 3 mm. AFTER THAT USE WRENCH TO

LOOSEN OR TIGHTEN THE SPRING PRELOAD

How to Adjust

REBOUND IS TO CONTROL THE FAST / SLOW

MOVEMENT. THE TECHNICIAN CAN ADJUST THE

REBOUND KNOB.

S (SOFT) = IF REQUIRE FAST MOVEMENT.

H (HARD) = IF REQUIRE SLOW MOVEMENT.

COMPRESSION IS TO CONTROL FAST / SLOW OF

INGOING MOTION OF SHOCK ABSORBER FAST

OR SLOW. ABLE TO ADJUST FOR 30 CLICKS.
