As per your request, Trutech is submitting the following proposal for raccoon trapping at yourproperty located at in Denton, Texas.

Why Solve the Problem: Raccoons are highly adaptable. They frequently live in closeassociation with humans. Unfortunately, their activities can often create human/wildlife conflict.Negative interactions between wildlife species and domestic animals may also result in the spread of

disease or injury to the animals.These nuisance animals disrupt unsecured garbage cans and consume pet food that is left

outdoors. They may also damage lawns, athletic fields, and golf courses by digging up turf as theysearch for food.

Lastly, nuisance wildlife can be a major disease vector. In Texas raccoons are the primarywildlife carrier of rabies. Nuisance wildlife species often are infected with one or more of the

following conditions- tularemia, distemper, mange, canine and feline parvovirus, Aleutians disease,and several parasites including fleas, lice, mites, ticks, roundworms, tapeworms, and flatworms.

Trutech proposes the following:

Step 1-Population Control

Set traps on, in, or around the administration building to diminish local raccoon population

Return to service and monitor traps for 14 day period

(Proposal can be modified to provide population control quarterly)Cost: $1,489.00

Step 2-Exclusion

Repair building as needed to stop use of attic spaces, vents, and chimneys by raccoons and

prevent re-entry (1-year renewable warranty) Repairs to building not performed by Trutech Inc. will not be covered under warranty.

Repairs must be done in conjunction with trapping session to be effective.

Cost: Will be provided upon request and inspection.

The above pricing (tax not included) will remain in effect for 30 days from the date of this letter.

Certificates of insurance are maintained in our office and will be sent to you upon request.
