The Department of Workforce services provides a variety of services to assist people to find work. Utah Home and Community Based Services Waiver Programs
A Medicaid waiver is when certain Medicaid statutory requirements or program requirements can be waived based on a certain condition. There are six conditions when the requirements for Medicaid may be waved. These include: for Individuals Age 65 or Older Acquired Brain Injury, Community Supports for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities or Other Related Conditions, Physical Disabilities, New Choices Waiver, and for Technologically Dependent Children.
