DAS Registration Process
• Students register with DAS through our Online Services and submit documentation of a disability.
• DAS determines accommodations based on appropriate documentation from a qualified professional.
• Students participate in an orientation with a DAS advisor

What are Reasonable Accommodations?
• Accommodations provide equal access, not special treatment or an unfair advantage
• Once accommodations are determined, we (OSU, DAS, Faculty, instructors) are all legally responsible for their implementation
• Students play an active role in self-advocating and managing their accommodations; this is a learned process
