The legal location (Carter Coordinates) of the proposed injection well is 341’ from the north line and 1,680’ from the west line of section 10-R-42, Meade County, Kentucky.Injection shall be confined to portions of the Wells Creek Formation, Saint Peter Formation, and the Knox Group from depths of 1,914’ – 2,264’.The maximum injection pressure will be 618 psi at a maximum rate of 1,000 barrels per day.Any person who wishes to object to issuanceof the permit may, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication or receipt of this notification, submit written comments or request a hearing.
