Portugal has a legal definition on THB, THB victims’ ID and status and legally framework support scheme for assistance (for adults and children - which have special needs taken into account)

Structured disaggregated data on victims and traffickers (socio-demographic profile, location, and mobility, type of THB, type of coercion and so on), collected and stored at a national level is done by key actors (Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Internal Affairs and by one NGO)

Continue to gather data as until now, merging the judicial process dimension and other bodies (governmental and NGOs). Methodological, the process should be done by a co-operative central body, articulating existing or to be exist individual databases. Cultural and organizational obstacles must be considered and society at large must be more committed. Training is fundamental.
