Further, it may also be intimated that in case the particular CPIO/Appellate Authority is on leave/tour, the deputed link officer will handle or dispose of the RTI cases and if the CPIO/Appellate Authority is transferredlretired, in that case the RTI work automatically will be deemed to have been assigned to the new incumbent in his/her place. It is also intimated that Section Officer dealing with the subject matter under respective CPIOs will act as CAPIO in the absence of CPIOs for disposal of RTI related cases.
