REGULATORY CIRCULAR (NO. 2016-25)

Subject:

Notice of Safety Regulation Amendment (NSRA) No. 2016-24 to Kuwait Civil Aviation Safety Regulations (KCASR).

Purpose:

The purpose of this Notice of Safety Regulation Amendment (NSRA) No. 2016-24 is to amend KCASR Part 6 "Operation Of Aircraft Subpart -1 International commercial Air Transport- Aeroplane" in order to comply with ICAO amendment to Annex 6.

This (NSRA) No. 2016-24 is based on (NPA) 2016-02 dated on 28th June 2016.

Revisions:

This amendment will be included in the next revision of the KCASR Part 6 "Operation of Aircraft Subpart -1 International commercial Air Transport- Aeroplane".

Regulatory Requirements:

This amendment shall apply to the following Organizations approved by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) or authorized to operate within the State of Kuwait:

1. Approved Maintenance Organizations (AMO) Holders;2. Air Navigation Service Providers;

3. Air Operator Certificate (AOC) & Private Operator Certificate (POC) Holders;

4. Airport Operators;

5. Ground Handing Service Providers;6. Flying Training Organizations.

Effective Date:

This new issue will be in effect from 25th August 2016.

Required Action:

All users of KCASR are required to comply with the provisions contained within this amendment from the effective date.
