Supervising up to eight managers, the Director of Services oversees the delivery of services provided by the agency. Candidates must possess values that are congruent with those of the organization. Candidates must be able to demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities and management skills as the organization fulfills its child protection mandate and strategic plan. Preference will be given to applicants with an M.S.W. degree and at least five years of progressively responsible management experience in child protection. In-depth knowledge of protection services, children in care, resources and community based practice is essential.
