Directions:1. Set the wipes aside and place suppositories in freezer for 25 min. (or until

frozen) prior to usage. Keep them stored in the freezer/fridge.

Directions: *Sensitive Skin Test: Heat and apply paste to wrist for 1 hour. If irritation occurs do not use. You may dilute concentration with 2 Tbsp. of coconut oil. If any irritation occurs discontinue using product.
