Reno Bus Trip 2018

The annual Knights of Columbus RENO BUS TRIP will be on Saturday August 18th. The bus will load and leave from the Applebee’s parking lot located at 2160 Feather River Blvd, this year due to construction at the previous site. Departure for the Silver Legacy is at 8 AM. We will leave Reno at 5 PM arriving in Oroville at 8 PM. We need 32 passengers signed to guarantee the bus by July 24th. The ticket price is $50 again this year with $10 free play and $5 meal ticket. Raffles, door prizes and refreshments are available on the bus. Contact Gene Murray @ 533-3549 or Jim Coffelt @ 370-0025 for reservation or other questions regarding the trip.

Rosaries Needed.

We are collecting Rosaries, to be shared with those who need them. Please bring any extras you may have to the St. Thomas Parish office, so that they can be distributed with those who may need one and do not have one.

Food Drive

We will once again start collecting non-perishable food items for the Salvation Army’s pantry here in Oroville. We will start collecting after July 1st and thru August, 2018. Please donate for those in need in our community.

Rachel's Vineyard healing retreat

If you or a loved one have been hurt by abortion, this weekend is for you. Come and experience God's healing love and forgiveness in a safe, nonjudgmental environment. Retreat is open to both men and women.

Financial assistance is available to anyone who needs it. The retreat begins on Friday, July 13 and ends on Sunday, July 15

Notre Dame Preschool

Notre Dame is now enrolling for summer as well as fall classes! We welcome children from ages two and a half up to prekindergarten, and offer preschool with daycare. Hours are 7:30-6:00. Call for more information.(487-7330)

Bulletin Change Update

As you know there are some changes coming the bulletin. In order to better serve the needs of the Parish, and save wear on our equipment, we are going to change over to a new printing service. Our new look will be rolling out in late September. For now our deadline for posts will continue to be Thursday’s at 4:30PM. But starting September 1, 2018 our deadline for posts to get into the bulletin will be Monday’s at 4:30 PM and can still be sent to stthomasbulletin.oroville@gmail.com.
